There are a few different ways to enjoy this herbal bath soak.

  • If you have a good tub strainer, some people like to sprinkle the loose herbal bath soak over the water and step into the floating flowers for a fully immersed experience.

  • For others, some prefer to put the herbal bath soak into a reusable muslin tea bag and let the warm water run through it and float it on the surface. The salts will dissolve and when the bath is over, the bag can be opened so the herbs can dry and then be emptied.

  • Another way is to brew the herbal bath soak in hot water from a tea kettle or stove top. Let steep for 10 minutes and then pour the herbal soak through a strainer into the warm bath water. This will be a stronger infusion of the herbs.

  • Not only for baths, the herbal bath soak can be used in a nice bowl of warm water for your feet. This is a favorite of many that don’t want to take the full plunge of a bath but still want to pamper themselves.

There are no artificial ingredients in this herbal infusion, mineral salts can absorb moisture from the air, and can clump. If this occurs, just shake the container or take a spoon to loosen the clumps. The salts in the herbal bath soak will dissolve after a few minutes in warm water. It is important to keep your Herbal Bath Soak in an airtight container and stored in a cool place.

Ingredients & Benefits

Dead Sea Mineral Salt

Dead Sea mineral salt is renowned for its high mineral content, including magnesium, calcium, potassium, and bromides. These minerals are known to promote skin hydration, improve skin barrier function, and provide relief for skin conditions such as eczema and psoriasis. Additionally, the minerals in Dead Sea salt can help relax muscles and joints, making it an excellent addition to a soothing bath.

Epsom Salt

Epsom salt, also known as magnesium sulfate, is a popular choice for bath soaks due to its ability to soothe sore muscles and reduce inflammation. When dissolved in warm water, Epsom salt releases magnesium and sulfate ions that can be absorbed through the skin, promoting relaxation and aiding in muscle recovery.

Pink Himalayan Salt

Pink Himalayan salt is not only visually stunning but also offers numerous health benefits. Rich in minerals such as calcium, potassium, iron, and magnesium, this beautiful salt can help detoxify the body, balance pH levels, and promote healthy circulation when used in a bath.

Organic Lavender Petals & Lavender Essential Oil

Adding lavender to your herbal bath can elevate the experience with its calming aroma and stress-relieving properties. Lavender is often used in aromatherapy for its ability to induce relaxation and promote better sleep. When infused in a bath, lavender  can create a tranquil atmosphere that encourages mental and emotional well-being.

Organic Rose Petals

Rose petals are not only hugs for the heart but also offer skincare benefits. They contain natural oils that can help moisturize the skin while providing a delicate floral scent that enhances the overall sensory experience of your bath.

Organic Calendula Petals

Known for their anti-inflammatory and skin-soothing properties, calendula petals can be a valuable addition to your herbal salt bath. Calendula is often used to alleviate dry or irritated skin, making it an excellent choice for those seeking gentle nourishment during their bathing ritual.

Organic Bergamot Essential Oil

The citrusy and floral aroma of bergamot essential oil adds a refreshing touch to your herbal salt bath. Beyond its uplifting fragrance, bergamot oil is believed to have mood-boosting effects and may contribute to stress reduction—a perfect complement to the other botanical elements in your indulgent soak.

Baking Soda and CornStarch
